Will you only use organic methods? It is our belief that this is the best way to create a balanced garden, but if you don’t want this approach we are willing to discuss alternatives. At the end, we want a happy customer.

How do you price work? We work on a fixed price basis. Hopefully this gives you the customer a clear idea how much work will cost, rather than the use of an hourly rate. For clients requiring regular garden maintenance service, a day or half day rate can be given.

What payment do you take? Invoices will be sent to the email address supplied, or postal address if you don't have an email address. Payment is taken at the end of the job. In person - by card. There is an option to pay online by card. We don't accept cheques. 

Do you have a minimium charge? Yes, £165 (plus green waste disposal charge).

Do you have a call out charge? No.

Do I have to be home? No – if you are happy for us to use a side gate to access your garden then we will.

Are you licensed for green waste disposal? Yes, we are only licensed for green waste disposal. So unfortunately we can't take any other waste - that TV in your garage, or the set of golf clubs rusting in the shed!
